Hi Anton, something seems to be wrong with my new IC Glow Pad. I used it for two days, everything was fine. But now, there is no blue light during transfer. Battery seems to be full, because when I charge it, the yellow light turns on, but then after about 1 minute, it turns off. But, it won't glow when I start a transfer (the volume is all the way... But, it won't glow when I start a transfer (the volume is all the way up on my laptop). When I unplug it, there is a sound, so it´s not my laptop or the browser. When I plug it in, there is a flicker of blue for a second, that´s all. I tried it at two different computers, but no blue light. during transer. I really hope you can help me. Rather than mix and match Imprints from your library myself could I request one or more of your successful practitioners put together a very specific IC complex to help deal with this horrible condition. Unfortunately I’m sure it would be very popular☹
