I was doing some ICs when my pad began flashing. I then recharged it until the yellow light came off and when I plugged it in again it began flashing on and off. What am I doing wrong, please?

When I plug my Glowing IC Pad into my cell phone, it works perfectly. When I plug it into my laptop, the Glowing IC Pad makes noise (Ie, I can hear the frequencies even on "imprint." ) My laptop volume is turned up, but I don't think I should be able to hear the frequencies. How do I correct this?

Anton, I have been having a lot of difficulty getting the Audio files to play on my headphones. It will work intermittently, but most of the time there is no audio or visual indicating the file is working. I have tried clearing my browser cache and rebooting my device, but it does not consistently work. How do I resolve this issue?

Hallo, leider ist wohl ein Wackler drin. Egal an welches Gerät ich das IC Pad anschließe leuchtet es kurz auf und dann nicht mehr. Beim leichten Rütteln am Kabel blinkt es kurz und ist dann wieder dunkel. Hast du einen Vorschlag für mich. Vielen Dank

I'm curious about the feature: download all at once vs one-by-one. What is the benefit of one vs the other?
Also, the repeat download function: for Imprint ICs, does repeating increase efficacy for higher volumes of water?

Hi Ross, at the moment offline mode is not available, but we are building an App that should support offline. At the moment you can imprint tinctures for 30 days storage method.

Hey Anton,
Just wondering if there a limit on how many imprints I can drink a day?
Also what if I drink an imprint and then 5 minute later drink another different type of imprint Will I still get both of the drink benefits or will one counteract the other?
