I am traveling and just tried to use my glowing IC pad from my laptop computer. Laptop says an audio device is connected. When I select the IC I want, the page loads on my computer, but the Start Transfer button is not activated so I cannot start the transfer. Advice please? Thanks

Hi, does the IC pad need to be fully covered every time it is used? I.E does the surface area of the bottle have to be the same as IC?
Also, is there a scientfic explaination on how the vitamin through herbs get transfered
Been enjoying it, thanks!

No matter which browser I use all ICs start and stop within 3 -6 seconds .. I’ve tried numerous times to fix it by deleting browsers clearing history restating phone etc
