- โStrengthโ depends more on transfer duration/repeats and how often you drink than on the containerโs size. Longer transfers or using 2โ3 repeats generally produces a stronger effect.
- As a dosing baseline: drink at least 3 times daily, at least 50 ml (2 oz) each time, holding in the mouth ~10 seconds. For drops - you can put them directly into mouth or into 50-250 ml of water. If you dilute in 50ml, then drink whole 50ml, if into 250ml you can sip it throughout the day (50ml at least at once).
- Just in case you can imprint saline with 5-6 repeats.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!

Other commonly used positions are:
- Perineum/root chakra area (if comfortable and practical)ย
- Lower back/sacrum (behind the pelvis)ย
- Directly over the testes/prostate region for short sessions
