Hi, I’m having some trouble with my Glodisc disconnecting from Bluetooth in the middle of a PEMF imprint. I reset Bluetooth setting on glodisc and reconnect to iPad, sometimes this works and I can pick up where I left off and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not sure if I need a new glodisc or if I am missing something. Glodisc will flash (blue dot and all lights) when it reconnects, but it doesn’t not stay lit up. Thanks advance for any help!

I have same question the glowpad doesn't stay lit up ....i connect to my macbook with cable; no bluetooth or wifi around here; just ethernet.

Jenny Cook, when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.

If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:

Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your phone or laptop.

Tiffany Manley, please try keeping GlowPad close to your iPad, it may help. Also, please use Chrome or Brave browser or iPhone app if GlowPad connected but just stops glowing in the middle of transfer.
