I just tested it and it works fine for me using a cable. Check the cable is pushed in all the way. OR are you using Bluetooth? If so, your GP isn't "Paired" with the Bluetooth of your PC or Tablet. Be more specific about how you are using the Glo Pad,

This worked for my son. So grateful I didn't have to give him strong medicines to get rid of it. He already have a sensitive gut so grateful this worked. I did nightly for 1 week while he slept.
