Interesting- it did not feel good to me- but I donโ€™t find myself in fear or stress much. Timing was off for me, especially with breathing. It is good to see that many people respond well to this- my clients are probably not like me!!

Laurie Levine-Lowen, that is actually a very insightful observation!
Not every IC resonates the same way with every person, and Calm Again may have been designed more for people who are actively in a fear/stress/anxiety pattern. If you are already naturally more regulated or not operating from that state, the pacing or breathing rhythm may simply not feel aligned for your nervous system.

ย Tanja Schubert, good evening! You donโ€™t need a separate โ€œresetโ€ stepโ€”just place the chip/holographic sticker on your IC Pad and run the new transfer (use Water/All-at-once mode); the new imprint mostly overwrites whatever was on it before.
