can I use this simply with glowing IC pad or only imprinting water? I have imprinted 2 other things already in my water (for the cough), and am concerned about over-doing, over-mixing... but would love relief from headache, low-grade fever accompanying this cough. thanks!

Would this help with eye pain from Covid-19 or the flu? Maybe it’s just tired eye, it hurts to move my eyes from side to side, pain is is in the top part of my eyes. Or what would be the best IC for this?
