Several years ago I agreed to the tetnis, pertussin and another one. A few days later I had phemomnina. There was a time a friend unknowingly had shingles on her back, I leaned into see and the very next day, I had shingles. Anyway while doing the voice guided protocol twice I have received the ic for tetanus etc. so I would like to know how often to use this and any info you might have to halo.
