I'm thrilled. I haven't been able to train for a few weeks due to an injury. I knew that after such a break my thigh muscles would always be sore the first time I did strength training. I listened to the session an hour before training. Nothing, not even a cramp or pain during training. I'm listening to the session afterwards and will report back on how the next two days go.

I’m kinda in shock how well this worked for me. Instantly felt my shoukders dropping, then it slowly went down the spine into the pelvis.. repeat!
