Will there be a die-off / herxheimer from ICs as there would be taking a physical anti-parasitic herb?

Dear Anton, can I use the PEMF even if I don't know if I have these worms? This has never been tested on me, but I have a lot of allergies and lung problems. If so, how many times a day and how long should I use it? Thank you and best regards
