Was suffering from terrible anxiety +insomnia, placed this on lower sternum, did the repeat 6 times & this gave me relief and a nap. That’s a big deal.

Nice. Took the edge off. Exactly what I was hoping for on a Monday. Used IC Pad on lowest point of sternum. 
Ran twice. 
Started off feeling quite anxious, finished with the sharp side of anxiety being noticeably diminished. Much calmer but not tired. 
Will use again.

This was really amazing after three nights of no sleep. I was able to sleep for six hours last night, but I’m trying to use it now and it’s not

You have likely answered this elsewhere, but should I be putting the setting on the blowing pad for both red and blue glowing lights? seems I can do red, or blue, or both?   and I understand that when it's not a 'particular part of the body', it's best to put it on the sternum, but I wonder about putting it on the forehead (for brain/thoughts?) :-) or just sternum ok... See more

There are no white moving lines. My pad just flashes strongly for a short time at first, then the blue lights just stay on. What is the cause?

Is this the right IC for exam anxiety? Or should I take another one? Suffer from panic before exams and blockage during exams.
