Should my IC Glow Pad pulse during transmission? My pad is brightly lit but doesn't really pulse. The light moves very slightly. It's fully charged and I've unplugged everything and turned everything off, then back on again. Thank you so much!

Hi Krista, Glowing IC Pad's light is modulated by the signal. With some ICs you will see it just glow because of high frequencies and with some ICs you can see flashes. If your IC Pad glows when it is not connected to your phone or laptop, please send us an email to support@infopathy.com thank you!

Hello, my IC Hummer died and will not charge. Essentially, it is unusable/broken. Is there a warentee? I bought it about 5 mos. ago.
