Hi Anton, I just noticed my IC Glow pad is cracked. It has not been dropped. The only thing I can think of is I had it in my car for a few minutes (temp outside 46 degrees) then took it inside house at 70 degrees. Could this quick temp change cause a crack in the glass? Is there a warranty on the glow pad?

Hi Carla, such temperature change can cause resin inside to shrink/stretch and unstick from the top disk, so some air comes inside and it looks like a crack. It does not affect the functionality. You can also send pictures at support@infopathy.com we can have a look.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thank you for getting back to me so fast. I'm pretty sure its cracked due to being able to feel the crack edge. The temp in my car at the time was not down to 46 degrees but was cool. I didn't realize how fragile the glass plate was to temperature. I tested the glow pad and it still works. Hi Carla, yes, we are planning to add in the future soft bag to store IC Pad and cables. As I understood side of the glass is chipped (I thought about a different thing before), usually that should not happen due to temperature, but seems possible. Hi Carla, this is an Imprint IC and its primary application is to transfer to water, but you can also try applying it directly to the body.

Hi Anton , I did read that it is advisable to start with aprox 6 IC at a time in one complex , but is it all right if for example for a cold or virus infection to mix more than that ?..is it a problem of being inefficient or the body not being able to process all the info?... I was thinking that maybe the wisdom of our bodies would choose what is needed, but that s only my thought🤗?!

Hi Cristina, it is more about the body maybe not being able to process it, but technically you can include many ICs. Yes, that is an idea that the body can choose by itself among many things based on resonance, but if it is too many it may be difficult for some to do that. You can try and see how you feel. :)
