What setting is best for this one. Using to treat husband's head.  Blue light or Blue and Red/Infra red? Red? Switch up combo?

Start with Blue Light Therapy: Use blue light for its direct anti-cancer effects. This can help target the carcinoma cells more effectively.
Add Red/Infrared Light for Healing: After the initial blue light therapy, use red/infrared light to promote healing and reduce inflammation.
