I understand this PEMF can be imprinted to water. What is better - to drink it or to apply to the body? Which one is more effective? And would you recommend to combine them both for best result - to drink imprinted water and to apply the same PEMF to the body at the same time ?

Another questions: there are two heavy metals detox imprints- 3.0 and 4.0 Should one of them be taken before running this PEMF? And what is the difference between those two? Should imprinted detox water be consumed just minutes before starting PEMF or some time apart, or not at all?

Hi Anton,
This PEMF is very long one. I usually don’t have enough time to finish it completely. Is it ok to run one or two out of 3 at a time, have a break and  later run the the rest of it ?

Works for (extreme) fatiuge. I thought I was pretty in the clear for heavy metals, because I use  NBMI , but maybe not. Good stuff, either way.

Hi Anton SF how do these frequencies remove heavy metals? Do you need to take a binder after using them to fully rid the metals, or is the inverse frequency used destroying them on contact? Thank you!

Dear Anton, your recommendation is 1-2 times per day, one-by-one-modus for 5-10 days. That's almost 7 hours per day. I just want to make shure I'm using it correctly. Txs 😊
