I use this daily to obtain most of my most important nutrients when I'm on the run. Very helpful when I'm feeling a little sick in perking me up by the next day.

This is not an IC that you can directly say what the effect is. It is to protect your long term health to assure you are getting your vitamins and minerals to some degree. However via other resources I can tell that I am not lacking in  many vitamins (vital- minerals) and need less in physical form. So it must be working.
