TTFD (Thiamine Tetrahydrofurfuryl Disulfide) is a lipophilic form of thiamine, also known as vitamin B1, designed for enhanced tissue uptake. It may help support cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, thiamine-dependent enzyme activity, nervous system function, peripheral nerve health, cardiovascular wellness, cognitive function, mood balance, and fatigue-related support. Additionally, it may help support the body during periods of low thiamine status, increased metabolic demand, poor nutrient absorption, exercise intolerance, or nervous system stress.
