It may be used to aid with digestion, promote bowel movements, and support microflora production, which may help support a healthy immune system. This IC was made with the help of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium longum, Streptococcus thermophiles, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Bifidobacterium breve.
