Cistus Tea is an herbal tea made from the leaves and aerial parts of Cistus species, commonly Cistus incanus or Cistus creticus, also known as rockrose. Native to the Mediterranean region, the plant is naturally rich in polyphenols and other antioxidant compounds. It may help support antioxidant defenses, immune function, respiratory and throat comfort, a balanced inflammatory response, cardiovascular wellness, and cellular protection from oxidative stress.
