Hi! If I like to take 3 different complex which I have prepared with Method 2 (saline solution) do I have to drink 3x 500ml 2-3 times / day, that’s a lot of water… Or how should I do it the best way? Thank you 🙂

Carolina Reichel, great question! If you’re using Method 2 with saline solution, you don’t need to drink 500 ml for each complex. Instead, you can reduce the amount to 10-15 drops per complex, taken 2–3 times a day. Simply add the drops under your tongue or dilute them in a small glass (50ml) of water if you prefer.

Hello :)
I just bought an IC pad and am very excited!!!
But first I have two questions. I have a water filter that structures the water with a magnet. Is there a risk that this water is somehow not suitable for an imprint? Or that the magnet (it also helps against EMF) itself somehow interferes with the process?

Lucia, it is actually good to use structured water, for example with the help of magnet. First you need to structure water and then imprint it.

Excessive smog EMF can remove imprint faster. If you concerned you can imprint bottle of water ever day (not once in 3 days). If you plan to imprint small tinctures (method 2) you can cover them with aluminum foil.

Created a complex using this with LL-37 peptide to drink when I woke up with a super stuffy nose and light phlegm. Also added KPV peptides that I have at home. They both cleared up over the next hour! Drank again in the morning to solidify the results. Amazing!
