Hi Nathalie, yes, it can be applied directly to the skin. We recommend using the same PEMF IC 1-2 times every day. Use it for 10 days and then more if needed.

Hi changtherunner, it is normal to see an 80% charge in the Bluetooth settings, it is approximate.
