I really like this IC. I felt a coolness and a calming from the inflammation I was feeling in my eye. I was using a large 32 ounce glass of water. I would take a swallow and hold it in my mouth for 10 seconds. I will try placing a Eye dropper in a single use vial and see what happens.

For 25 years I have had chronic bronchitis with severe breathing difficulties. The only way the current medication works for me is high dose cortisone for 5 to 7 days. During this time you are pushed by the medication and you don't sleep much after another week of recovery total 3 weeks not at the best..
This time I took the antibiotic complex and the bronchitis cemp recommended 24 hours after no more colds I breathe normally.
I took the 3x antibiotic complex 4 times.
My question is that we develop resistance to antibiotics with Ics.

I have come to really, really enjoy this. I have tried different types from audible, imprints and PEMF and have found that they do work. With a little patience and also letting go and trusting helps. Will be upgrading soon but for those who are new to  infopathy starting out with this IC did not disappoint and helped me to understand its use.

Newbie question - I avoid antibiotics due to the negative effects on the microbiome.  Is it different when you take it as an frequency?  Would you still need to do probiotics to replenish your good bacteria or does this work differently?

Like this one! Deep finger cut in the garden, almost emergency room.  Drinking 4 oz water every 60 minutes for 5 days
