I can't remember if I haphazardly created this or not. All I had was the Hummer at first. Although the sound was a bit annoying, I did it during morning coffee and whatnot. I stood up and realized I didn't hurt. That just doesn't happen to me after sitting for an hour. 
Pain ebbs and flows, but it seems like the flow isn't as intense or long..
What a difference to the psyche when you are walking normal, without wearing a big pain shroud.
I now have the glow thing with Bluetooth. Nice.
