Please connect the Glowing IC Pad, start the transfer, and set the audio volume on your phone or laptop to a maximum level. First 3 seconds it should flash about 2 times per second, next 3 seconds it should flash faster 4 times per second, and next 3 seconds it should just glow.

I did fully charged and adjust to max volumn and Nothing happen, no flashing light at all with every IC in both infopathy app and website ,please suggest how to fix to use my IC pad3 again. Thanks

When I do this test in the Ic pad it flashes once very quickly; goes dark for 3 seconds then lights up lights up for 3 seconds before repeating this same sequence. Wondering if this indicates a malfunction

my glowing pad it seems it s blocked now, it ll not stop glowing, i made the test here, the only thing that does it s has a ligther flash and a lower flash and that s it :( i think it s done

HI Anton, When will the NEW IC glow pad be released? Will it have the option to use it without internet? I appreciate it if you could let me know. Love my Glowing IC pad but so excited for the new one as well! thanks.

Just wanted to share that the Glowing Pad is extremely well made. I accidentally dropped mine in the title from the distance of my head to the floor twice :( and it didn't break. It dented but didn't break and still works amazing. This happened 2x because I have horrible headaches and I used it often in the top of my head but it is slippery and even been careful... See more

It dented but didn't break and still works amazing. This happened 2x because I have horrible headaches and I used it often in the top of my head but it is slippery and even been careful it did fall from my head to the floor :( but fortunately it didn't break and it shows it's really well made. I would not advise to drop it, but if you do know that it it will still work. I did purchase another one just in case, but the dented one still works. I love this Pad it has been a life saver for many situations. It's the only thing that helps for my horrible migraines. I just have to be extra careful not to drop it. Hope you can release something to hold the pad in place so I don't have to hold it with my butter fingers LOL

It does NOT flash at all until the FIRST 3 seconds, then it is about 10 quick flashes, then at 6 seconds it glows steady until it stops at 9 seconds. What's the verdict?
