Couple of question for you. How many times a day should or can I use this complex?
If I'm imprinting and drinking as soon as it's done, is there a specific amount of water I should use?
And is it the same amount for all IC's and Complexes if I'm drinking as soon as it imprints or do certain IC's and Complexes need different amounts of water?

Lon Allen, we recommend using the same imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. You can imprint a bottle of regular water and drink it for 3 days, it will be more convenient than imprinting 3 times a day.

Anton SF there EMS etc. everywhere. Is: does the printed amount of water in a pollutant-free plastic bottle last 3 days undamaged without additional protection?

Angelika Pfeifer, yes, that and regular plastic bottles would hold imprint for 3 days. Plastic and glass does not shield from smog EMF, therefore we recommend to store water at least 1 meter away from electromagnetic field sources.

Sheila , yes, you can imprint hydrogen water. First prepare hydrogen water and then imprint it.

Anton SF thank you for your prompt reply and also the water supply i have here is RO and all the minerals are depleted so what minerals do i need to use. I understand the water needs the minerals to accept the imprint.

Sheila , you can add a pinch of Himalayan or sea salt per 1 liter of RO water to remineralize it.
