Should my IC Glow Pad pulse during transmission? My pad is brightly lit but doesn't really pulse. The light moves very slightly. It's fully charged and I've unplugged everything and turned everything off, then back on again. Thank you so much!

Hello, my IC Hummer died and will not charge. Essentially, it is unusable/broken. Is there a warentee? I bought it about 5 mos. ago.

Hello Anton! I was wondering if you could put more videos on youtube. It is hard to find other information about your products and complexes. It would also be nice to see video testimonials. I think this would also be helpful and encourage more people to understand what infoceuticals really do and their benefits.

hey Anton! does imprinting certain ICs changes the taste of the water? If yes then can other people differentiate between regular water and imprinted water? Another question can I use plastic water bottle to imprint? Thank you in advance.

Hi Anton, I am curious as to doseage of the infoceuticals. How do I convert or know what is the equivalent dose of the water imprinted compared to, say, my normal 10ml of Omega 3 oil or magnesium supplement. Cheers Mary

Thank you for creating this awesome product! I've got two short questions.
1. After imprinting water with the Glowing IC pad, can the water be shaken? Or will this destroy the imprint/structure?
2. How come the IC hummer has sound when imprinting, whilst the IC glowing doesn't make any audible frequencies?

Could you please let me know when my IC Pad will ship? I ordered it on March 6th and it is still showing that it has not shipped, even though my credit card was charged the same day.

I just purchased an IC Hummer. How do you know it’s charging? It’s not USB C compliant as the cable won’t fit in completely.
Also, how do you know the state of the battery charge?
