Bonjour, concernant le Glowing IC Pad et le IC Hummer, il est indiqué que le volume d'eau pour le transfert est de 0,2 litres en 2 minutes et pour le Circuit IC pad de 0,75 litres pour 12 minutes. Cela sous entend-il que pour le Glowing IC Pad et le IC Hummer nous devons renouveler l'opération à plusieurs reprises si la quantité d'eau est plus importante ou s'agit-il d'une erreur... Hello Anton, Read that when the ICs are for 2minuted, to run them for 12 minutes anyway. How does that apply when you have an IC COMPLEX of 34 min and about 8 2 minute ICs. Do you run the whole thing 6 times?

Last Sunday II started using my new glowing IC Pad and have used it a few times since. When I used it last night the light was nice and bright. When I came back a while later the light seemed a lot dimmer, so I added the charger. It didn’t seem to make much of a difference, but I let it continue. A while later I noticed that the light was out and thought I was done and could of use another IC Complex. To my surprise I noticed that the previous IC Complex had not completely finished. I tried to turn it on again, but now there was no light at all. I even tried to charge it some more, but there was no yellow charging light either. Can you tell me what is wrong and what I can do to correct the problem? Many, many thanks, Ruth

Ik denk dat ik het weer, ik moet hem zeker weer opladen 😆Heb hem nu in de oplader staan, en ja... er brand een geel lampje, dus er zit nog leven in😊

ik ben op 14 december vorig jaar begonnen, en mijn IC-pad doet het ineens niet meer. eerst gaf hij minder licht tijdens een PEMF en al snel deed hij niks meer. Ik heb hem steeds via de laptop gebruikt, dus er kon ook niks mee gebeuren.
Ik neem aan dat ik garantie heb op de IC-pad, wat moet ik nu doen dan?

I have a new small round, acrylic, herb infused ic platform. Im using it for the first time. I cannot tell if it is working. There are no lights, no ability to charge and when i perform High Pitch Test, i hear nothing. How can i tell if its working?
