This IC can be used to relax your tired or hard muscles. Just apply IC Pad on the spot where you feel that the muscle has some hardness or tender spots. Also, this IC can be transferred to water, mixed with some clean basic cream and applied to the area.

This helps really quickly and very well!! I ran it 3 times and laid it on my stomach because my muscles were quite sore after a massage - especially in the hip area.

This is by far my favourite PEMF! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and experienced muscle discomfort for a few weeks after which did not subside. Willing to try anything, I placed the glow pad on my tummy. Within the first minute the muscle discomfort was GONE.  I use the hummer and/or glow pad daily for times when I feel the discomfort return. It resolves within the minute. Cannot praise this one enough!

Wow! My triceps were tight because I used them for the first time ever. This nearly removed the pain and after the second time it was completely gone. Thank you kraft&gesundheit for developing and sharing this!

This worked really well on my tight upper traps. I ran it 2 times, and really felt a change in the tension level.
