You can really feel this! I sort of sit on my glow disk/place it by my tailbone and within 30 seconds it you can really feel the energy. It leaves me feeling calm and grounded.

Is there any experience of how long the imprints on globules retain their effect? - I want to make them with 3 repetitions.

Hi Klaus, at the moment we can says that you can use them for at least 30 days. Theoretically they can last for many month. For an extra protection you can store them in aluminum foil and away from heat.
