I have many friends that own a Glowing IC..I’ve asked them this question and they admit they aren't sure of my question so they recommended I ask in the comments….when I use an imprint, is it beneficial to energize the water multiple times? Or is once sufficient?

If the Hummer shows any signs of malfunction, such as failure to vibrate or transfer, it might have sustained water damage. Water exposure should not affect the transfer of frequencies if the device dries and works normally after.
You can also try placing IC Hummer in a bowl of not cooked rice for 2 days - this technique helps to remove any humidity in the electronics.
