Cannabis, it seems, depletes Vitamin E, and this is what causes most of its side effects. A way to remove these side effects is to use a good vitamin E product like the IC "Mixed Toco-Vit E". I found cannabis to be very energizing when taken with Mixed Toco-Vit E.

Sherahย I think both the IC and the plant deplete Vitamin E, but I only have experience with the IC.
