Hi Elizabeth, currently, it isย unclearย what would be the formula of theย dosageย and whether this applies to ICs. So far we had reports that when transferringย ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Drinking water more often increases the effect.
