Hello Infopathy Support,
I'm experiencing an issue with the Infopathy app.
The app is not working properly. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. As soon as I enter my username and password, I'm redirected back to the login screen instead of being logged into my account.

I have cancelled my membership today July 19 2026 and would like a confirmation number or email stating i will not be billed in future thankyou
