Hi Renato, you can try to place on the arm, but effect should be stronger if applied to stomach, as it closer to a vagus nerve.

Hi Frank, do you use a mobile device? at the moment on some mobile devices, there can be a crackling effect. You can use Audible ICs on your laptop or try to lock the screen on your phone while using this IC, it may reduce the crackings.
