Hello Anton Yes the volume was turned up on the last 3 tries I have MAC laptop I used the earplugs on the transfer and there was definitely noise. ???

Hi Penny, thank you for trying that. Please let me know if you tried to raise volume to a maximum level on your computer once transfer is started. If that does not work, please let me know which computer do you use? Also, just to double check, can you please connect some headphones to your computer and start transfer. Do you hear sound from the headphones? Thank you!
