Hi Mr. Edwards, for all Imprint ICs we suggest using the same IC or complex 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml (2oz) of water each time. You can do that for one week and later try taking it 1 time a day.

Hi Niko, yes, it can be also imprinted to water. It is a secondary application method for Audible ICs.
