Hello, it's been about a month since I bought IC PAD and I'm very satisfied with it. Now when I soak my bottles the timer stops at 1 minute. I checked all the settings but nothing!? Can someone give me a solution? Tell me what to do? Thank you

I'm sensitive to EMFs. Do you have a way for me to use a cable connected to the IC Hammer to do the transfers instead of using Bluetooth so I can plug into my hard-wired computer?

Deise, unfortunately IC Hummer does not support wired connection. You can imprint any IC into water instead or you can upgrade to GlowPad - if you would like to do so, please send us email at support@infopathy.comย
