I found this IC very interesting to give it a try. But I found out that Anton mentioned in podcast that it is recommended up to six imprints in the complex. Here and in some other complexes there is over six imprints. Can you please suggest. Thank you.

Hi Matija, using large complexes for some people may result in no effect. If you just starting we suggest using complexes with up to 6 ICs and later you can increase the number of ICs and see if it works for you.

Hey Anton, Just wondering if there a limit on how many imprints I can drink a day? Also what if I drink an imprint and then 5 minute later drink another different type of imprint Will I still get both of the drink benefits or will one counteract the other?

Hi Carl, in general, we suggest focusing at the same time on up to 3 health goals. Usually, it results in selecting or creating 3 complexes. You need to use each complex at least 3 times a day. You can use one complex after another at least 10 minutes apart.
