Hi, yes, it is okay to do a transfer while you are charging your phone or when you are charging your transfer device.

My IC pad is not working. I have replaced all the audio and charging cables and nothing works. I've tried using phone and computer, IC device is not working. Strangely =, when I charge the IC light (yellow) comes on for a moment then turns off. I've tried run while plugged and charging... nothing works.
