Hi Sarah :) You can use the same Audible IC 1-2 times every day. When using Audible ICs, please adjust the audio volume to a comfortable level. You can lie down and listen to this IC or you can play this IC while doing something else.

Hi Anton Could you please guide me on PEMF application. It says to put the device on the sternum if there is no specific location mentioned in PEMF description. Hi Irene, yes, correct, if the name or description mentions a specific area of the body or organ, then it is better to place the device at that location. For example when using "Arthritis Knee Pain (Rife)" IC you need to place the device on the knee, as this IC is specifically for know. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!

Should I put glowing pad on my knee (and where ?) or I should put it on the sternum ?

Hi Irene, better to place it directly on the knee. On top of the knee or if the pain is at a particular location/side, then you can place IC Pad there.
