NADH, short for "nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) + hydrogen (H)," is a naturally occurring chemical within the human body, playing a pivotal role in the intricate process of energy generation. It may help enhance mental clarity, alertness, concentration, and memory. It also may help boost energy levels, enhance athletic endurance, reduce chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), reduce jet lag, manage depression, elevate ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, aid in cellular repair, and promote the synthesis of the neurotransmitter dopamine.

I am taking a course on hormones and neurotransmitters and had the idea of making a "domapine cocktail" to see the effects on me concretely with my feelings and with this Bio-Well device which uses the Kirlian photo and tests stress and energy in the body. Dopamine will play on desires and motivations. I have it, but I feel like I don't have the "joy" to enjoy it. I would like to have more of this childish joy...
I don't have any feelings yet but 10' after a first drink,
- there are only 2 organs out of balance out of 31 tested (instead of the usual 8 for me), which is still quite rare
- less stress
- and an optimum imbalance whereas in recent days, it was rather a little beyond normal
I'll see about the feelings during the day...
I chose the elements using the pendulum.

When creating an IC complex for optimal mitochondria, would it be ideal to include NADH+, NMN, NR, and TMG?  Should any of these be at a higher ratio than the others?  What is the source of NADH+, NMN, and NR that you made the IC from?

Who else has read EMF*D by Dr. Mercola? If you're not going to get rid of your smartphone, wifi, and take other EMF mitigation steps it's super important to supplement NAD. Thanks to Infopathy for making it accessible in IC form!
