7-Mushroom Blend is a mix of medicinal mushrooms. Medicinal mushrooms have been used since ancient times to prevent and treat various diseases as well as recharge the body. They can balance and restore the immune system, relieve pain, fight inflammation, help treat cold and flu, increase oxygen flow to cells, improve cognitive function, protect the nervous system, maintain blood sugar level, promote hair and skin health, lower stress levels, aid with sleep, and help with weakness and fatigue. This IC was created with the help of 7 medicinal mushrooms, which are reishi, turkey tail, chaga, blazei, maitake, shiitake, and lion’s mane.

The seven medicinal mushrooms in this blend are phenomenal.  Their adaptogenic properties allow for the body's immune system to adapt in its' natural environment and help increase body's resistance to stress.  I have been running this daily for 3 hours and the results have contributed to immune strength, resilience, and optimal body functions.

thankyou for this blend. How often can I use this..... would it be just once a day.. is it possible to overload the body system by having multiple glasses of water charged with this formula
