Julie Martin Hi Julie - I've used it sporadically.ย  It's hard to say it does anything without taking it long term.ย  I also had the physical supplement - which I would also say is tricky to say how it effects you (orally).ย  Obviously it can be targeted through injection so the jury is out?ย  You inspired me to copy a BPC157 frequency into a plaster and see how that goes...
