Geum Japonicum, also known as Asian Herb Bennet, is a yellow-flowering perennial plant in the rose family native to East Asia, especially Japan. Traditionally, it has been used to help support tissue repair and wound healing, as well as to ease bruises, sprains, and fractures. Additionally, it may help improve circulation, protect cardiovascular tissue, and provide antioxidant and liver-supportive effects.
