Jamie really you can place the IC pad anywhere as it will travel through the body.ย  However, the top places to use most oftenย  is the sternum and belly button and back of head for anything brain/head related. (Also Directly on pain sites/injury sites as well)ย 

I prefer to use sternum in this case as itโ€™s more centrally located to work the entire automatic and endocrine system.

Is one by one transfer works better  with IC Hammer, or it applies to IC Glow pad as well?

Hi Irit, both IC Pad and IC Hummer can be used for PEMF ICs and yes, they can be used for complexes in one-by-one mode. One-by-one mode is recommended for this IC.
