The hummer is becoming very hot after 20 mins and I ceased the treatment after 44 mins due to the extreme heat being produced. Treatment time was shown as 1:24:00 Do you have any advice for me please.

Hi Geoffrey, please reduce the audio volume to 80% or maybe even 50%. It hits hot due to high volume.

Had already reduced to about 60 pct will lower to a level that can be tolerated and advise you what that output appears to be. Thanks for your prompt reply.

I had to stop the PEMF for MALA as at around 14 minutes with a volume of about 15 percent on iPhone 12 he became very agitated and began to shake and then what seemed to be a fit occurred. I removed the device immediately and he was calm immediately after. I have continued with treatments downloaded into water.

Hi Cristina, thank you for your feedback! Yes 2 days ago we made some updates for player. It may not display correctly on all browsers, but we will fix it. Can you please send us screenshots to support@infopathy.com on how it is visible for you, what device and browser do you use. Thank you very much!

Hi Anton, I m using my IPhone and it is the same for to of my friends using the glowing pad with their IPhones, configuration has changed with repeat where it is missing infinity mode and the black circle surrounding play/pause is not circling the black line although minutes are showing and pad is glowing... Thank you! We received your email and screenshot. We need to fix that progress displaying circle. It is just design-related, other functionality is not affected. We will fix it. Thank you for letting us know. To set infinity mode, please enter 999 repeats, click "ok" and it will set to Infinite repeat.
