What is the effect if you imprint multiple times on the same water? Would it make the plant boost too strong?

Hi Kathy, the imprint is stronger if you transfer for a longer time (multiple repeats), but it would not be too strong - it would not damage plants.

Is it best to keep this complex pure rather than adding an herb or two that address circulation? Is this a general best practice to keep complexes pure?

Hi Kathy, there are no compatibility issues, therefore you can include other ICs in this complex. But I would recommend using this complex as it is for a few days, seeing how it works for you, then adding other ICs to this complex (Copy & Modify) and seeing how larger complex works for you.

I'm using it for a recurring back pain, finally after years, the block is melting, I put ICPad on the pain 2 times a day for 12 minutes x 7 days. Thank you
