Which IC can I use if the scar is so sensitive to pressure that I can't put on a shoe? It's located on the shinbone near the tibialis anterior tendon between the instep and the lower shinbone.

Christina Hengl,ย  thanks for the details. For a pressure-sensitive scar on the shin (near tibialis anterior), hereโ€™s a focused plan:

โ€ข Scars PEMF โ€” primary choice to soften scar tissue and reduce tethering; run it daily with the Pad over/adjacent to the tender line (you can use a thin cloth if direct contact hurts).

โ€ข Nerve Rehab (Acute) โ€” add this if the scar feels zingy/burning or extremely... See more

Rhus Toxicodendron 30CH - A classic homeopathic option for rheumatoid-type joint pain and stiffness. Often chosen for chronic patterns and mobility support (higher potencies like 30CH are commonly used for longer-term conditions).
Ribes Nigrum BMG 1DH - Gemmotherapy/homeopathic โ€œnatural cortisone-likeโ€ support that may help modulate inflammation and rheumatic painโ€”potentially a gentle complement when someone is already using corticosteroids like prednisone (coordinate with their clinician).... See more

ย Esther ilatova, yes, holographic stickers can be imprinted with any IC and worn on the body. Theyโ€™re a valid alternative to water and provide continuous exposure for up to 30 days before reimprinting or replacing. One imprint per sticker is typically sufficient, though you can add extra repeats if you want to test a stronger effect; apply either side toward the body and you may imprint/use multiple stickers at...
