Hello Kaitlyn , may I know where you experienced the problem so that we can try to replicate and fix this issue? When you click download on this IC, there should be a progress bar at the top to show if the IC is completely downloaded. Then, once you go to "show downloaded" even in offline mode, this IC should be available to start transferring there. Does it not start... See more

Do we have anything here to stop allergy response to poison oak/poison ivy - urushiol?

Iโ€™m getting it pretty bad right now.

Infopathy Team It's not a normal histamine type allergy response, so I figured that one would not help.ย 

It's more like a reaction to a toxin, the urushiol, which penetrates the skin. I think it ultimately IS an allergy response since about 15% of the population does not react. Just not via the histamine channels. Which is why it's such a problem, as antihistamines are completely ineffectual for the severe... See more

Danny Duncan you're right, the reaction to poison ivy and poison oak is primarily caused by the immune system's response to urushiol, a toxin that penetrates the skin. Nevertheless, even though it is not the main factor, histamine is still involved in the itching and swelling.

Infopathy Team It would seem like histamine would have to be involved, and perhaps it is at some level, but studies show no increase of histamine in the areas of contact dermatitis rash, and no improvement for patients symptoms of taking antihistamines - unfortunately!ย

Danny Duncan Also, use baking soda 3:1 ratio with water.ย  Put paste on rash with gloves on and also make gauze pads to adhere.ย  Apple cider vinegar can help relieve the itch topically.ย  Wipe everything off you touch with clorox wipes,doorknobs etc..ย  avoid sugar. Sugar inflames the body and causes dis-ease ITIS in the body.ย  Find the infopathy ICs as well. ย

Danny Duncan I do not know if infopathy has a IC for this. I sent this information as soaking in this kind of soak opens up pores and helps release energy,even emotional. Danny Duncan there are ย  Prednisoneย  and ย  Hydrocortisone Creamย  , which are imprint ICs. As for PEMFs, there are several that may help support the immune system such as ย  Immuneย  and ย  Immunity Supportย
